This is such an incredible 2 piece dress from Judith Ann Creations. The outfit is covered with beautiful sequins and beads and includes a silk lined long sleeve blouse with a beautiful bird motif. and a silk lined skirt.

The top of this has a bateau neckline that is fully beaded and dolman style sleeves with beaded cuffs. The blouse is in a rich royal blue silk with hues of purple, teal, green, and burgundy.

The skirt is in an abstract chevron pattern and it has a fixed waistband with no closures,a free hip measurement, and it is worn at the low waist.

Made in India of 100% Silk and labeled size Medium,.we estimate this would best fit a modern day US size 10/12, depending on desired fit.
